What Don't We Cover
WARRANTIES VOIDED STATEMENT
This statement pertains to warranties offered by UNITED WARRANTY COMPANY and outlines conditions under which warranties will be voided.
Conditions for Warranty Voidance
- The following actions will result in the immediate voiding of any warranty provided by UNITED WARRANTY COMPANY, including the BASIC, PRO, and PREMIUM WARRANTY PLANS:
- Interference Within 72 Hours of Installation: Touching, handling, or altering any part of the fence—including but not limited to posts, rails, gates, pickets, caps, drop rods, latches, etc.—within a 72-hour period after installation.
- Unauthorized Work: Hiring an individual or entity to perform any work on the fence without first obtaining a written inspection letter from UNITED WARRANTY COMPANY.
- Alterations from Original Installation: Making any changes, modifications, or alterations to the fence as installed by US FENCE PRO.
US FENCE PRO NON-LIABILITY
- US FENCE PRO, as the installation company, shall not be held accountable for any warranty-related issues resulting from the above actions or any other conditions that void warranties. Furthermore, US FENCE PRO does not provide or manage any warranty plans. All warranty services and claims are exclusively handled by UNITED WARRANTY COMPANY, and customers should address all warranty-related inquiries to them.
This statement is provided to clearly communicate the warranty terms and the respective roles of UNITED WARRANTY COMPANY and US FENCE PRO in managing warranty coverage.
