ACCIDENTIAL DAMAGE STATEMENT
This statement pertains to warranties offered by UNITED WARRANTY COMPANY and clarifies the exclusion of liability for accidental damage.
Accidental Damage Exclusion
- Accidental damage is defined as any harm or destruction to fencing caused by unintentional events, including but not limited to vehicular impact, improper use, collisions, mishandling, vandalism, falling objects, or negligence by any party. UNITED WARRANTY COMPANY explicitly states that damages or failures resulting from such incidents are not covered under the Basic, Pro, or Premium Warranty Plans.
US FENCE PRO Non-Liability
- US FENCE PRO, as the installation company, shall not be held accountable for any damages caused by accidental events or any related consequences. Additionally, US FENCE PRO does not provide or manage warranty plans of any kind. All warranty services and claims are exclusively handled by UNITED WARRANTY COMPANY, and customers should direct any warranty-related concerns to the warranty provider.
