IMPROPER USAGE STATEMENT
Improper Usage Exclusion
- Improper usage is defined as the use of fencing in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose or design, including but not limited to using the fence as structural support, hanging heavy objects on the fence, or exposing the fence to substances or conditions that compromise its integrity. UNITED WARRANTY COMPANY explicitly states that damages or failures caused by improper usage are not covered under the BASIC, PRO, or PREMIUM WARRANTY PLANS.
US FENCE PRO NON-LIABILITY
- US FENCE PRO, as the installation company, shall not be held accountable for any damages resulting from improper usage or any related consequences. Furthermore, US FENCE PRO does not offer or manage any warranty plans. All warranty services and claims are exclusively handled by UNITED WARRANTY COMPANY, and customers should direct all warranty-related inquiries to them.
