By engaging US FENCE PRO for fencing installation, repair, or related services, you agree to the following conditions of business. Please read these terms carefully as they outline the responsibilities of US FENCE PRO, UNITED WARRANTY COMPANY, and you, the customer.
Relationship Between US FENCE PRO and UNITED WARRANTY COMPANY
- US FENCE PRO is exclusively responsible for the installation, repair, and construction of your fence.
- UNITED WARRANTY COMPANY handles all warranty-related matters, including claims, scheduling of warranty repairs, and procurement of materials required for warranty work.
US FENCE PRO does not offer or manage warranty plans; all warranty-related services are conducted through UNITED WARRANTY COMPANY under their specific terms and conditions.
Warranties and Limitations
All warranties for products and services provided by US FENCE PRO are facilitated exclusively through UNITED WARRANTY COMPANY. This includes:
- Coverage details and warranty durations for fencing materials.
- Conditions under which warranty claims are valid or voided.
Any warranty concerns must be addressed directly to UNITED WARRANTY COMPANY. Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations to the fence may void your warranty.
Scheduling of Warranty Work
UNITED WARRANTY COMPANY is solely responsible for scheduling warranty-related services. If you believe your fence requires repair under warranty, you must:
- Contact UNITED WARRANTY COMPANY to file a claim.
- Provide necessary documentation, including proof of purchase and details of the issue.
- Await confirmation of scheduling for any approved warranty work.
US FENCE PRO is not authorized to schedule or approve warranty-related repairs.
Procurement of Materials for Warranty Work
All materials required for warranty repairs are procured exclusively by UNITED WARRANTY COMPANY. Customers are prohibited from independently purchasing materials for warranty work unless explicitly authorized by UNITED WARRANTY COMPANY.
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth process, customers agree to:
- Follow all maintenance recommendations provided by US FENCE PRO and UNITED WARRANTY COMPANY.
- Refrain from making any modifications or repairs to the fence without prior written approval from UNITED WARRANTY COMPANY.
- Notify UNITED WARRANTY COMPANY immediately upon discovering a warranty-related issue.
Liability of US FENCE PRO
US FENCE PRO is responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of the initial installation or repair. However:
- Once installation is completed, any warranty-related issues fall under the jurisdiction of UNITED WARRANTY COMPANY.
- US FENCE PRO is not liable for warranty claims, scheduling delays, or material procurement issues managed by UNITED WARRANTY COMPANY.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding installation, warranty claims, or service:
- Customers must contact UNITED WARRANTY COMPANY for warranty-related disputes.
- For non-warranty issues related to installation, customers may contact US FENCE PRO directly.
Termination of Services
US FENCE PRO and UNITED WARRANTY COMPANY reserve the right to terminate services if the customer fails to comply with these conditions, including but not limited to:
- Unauthorized modifications to the fence.
- Failure to follow maintenance guidelines.
- Disputes or actions that violate these terms.
