NEGLIGENCE STATEMENT
This statement pertains to warranties offered by UNITED WARRANTY COMPANY and clarifies the exclusion of liability for damages caused by negligence.
Negligence Exclusion
- Negligence is defined as the failure to exercise reasonable care in the use, maintenance, or handling of fencing, resulting in damage or destruction. Examples include, but are not limited to, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or failure to address known issues. UNITED WARRANTY COMPANY explicitly states that damages or failures caused by negligence are not covered under the BASIC, PRO, or PREMIUM WARRANTY PLANS.
US FENCE PRO NON-LIABILITY
- US FENCE PRO, as the installation company, shall not be held accountable for any damages caused by negligence or any related consequences. Additionally, US FENCE PRO does not provide or manage any warranty plans. All warranty services and claims are exclusively handled by UNITED WARRANTY COMPANY, and customers should direct all warranty-related inquiries to them.
