ACT OF GOD STATEMENT
This statement pertains to warranties offered by UNITED WARRANTY COMPANY and clarifies the exclusion of liability for events classified as Acts of God.
ACTS OF GOD EXCLUSION
- Acts of God are defined as natural and unavoidable events beyond human control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions (e.g., hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, floods, lightning), natural disasters, fires, or other catastrophic events. UNITED WARRANTY COMPANY explicitly states that damages or failures caused by such events are not covered under the Basic, Pro, or Premium Warranty Plans.
US FENCE PRO NON-LIABILITY
- US FENCE PRO, as the installation company, shall not be held accountable for any damages resulting from Acts of God or other unforeseen circumstances. Furthermore, US FENCE PRO does not offer or manage any warranty plans. All warranty services and claims are exclusively handled by UNITED WARRANTY COMPANY, and any warranty-related inquiries should be directed to them.
